Some questions you might have ...

1. What are the delivery timings?

Our delivery timing for Lunch is 10.00am to 1.30pm and 3.30pm to 7.00pm for Dinner.

2. Do you delivery on public holidays?

Yes we do, with the exception CNY Eve, CNY Day 1, Day 2 & Day 3. 

3. What if there are days I wish to skip a meal?

Please contact us at least 48 hours before the day you with to pause the meal delivery. Your meal plan will be extended by the number of meals paused. e.g Pausing of lunch or dinner on the 24th. We need to be notified by 22nd 5pm. Charges may apply.

4. Do I have to return the thermal bags?

Please kindly returned the empty thermal bag to our delivery personnel on the next meal delivery. Charges may apply for unreturned/missing bags.

5. How can I start my package delivery?

Please WhatsApp us @ +65 8800 9944 at least 48 hours to start your package. Why 48 hours? As all our ingredients are procure fresh daily, we need some lead time to prepare the freshest ingredients in your meals.

6. Are there additional delivery charges?

Our package price are all inclusive. Additional delivery charges may apply if the delivery address is Downtown or the CBD.

7. Am I able to do slight dietary request?

Yes. We will love to know if you are allergy to some ingredients. We will do our best to omit them.

8. What If I wish to make changes to my package?

Any cancellation or downgrade will be refund at a pro-rated basis in additional of a $100 admin charge.

9. Is there any expiry to my reservation or booking?

We are only able to hold your booking or order for not more than 30 days even with deposit paid and full payment. Due to the long booking and waiting list, we wish to deliver our meals to those who need it immediately. Admin fees applicable for termination under such cases.

10. What are the available payment methods?

We accept payment via PayNow or Major Credit Cards.
